The local people in Bengaluru tied and handed a teenager to police when he threw stones to houses and cars. Reportedly, this teen imitated the game Player's Unknown Battleground (PUBG).

Boy Addicted To PUBG Game

On Tuesday afternoon, the residents in the neighborhood of Manuguli Agasi was shocked by an incident. A 17-year-old boy called Mallikarjun Chandrakanth roamed semi-naked and threw stones on houses and cars.

The local people notified Jala Nagar Police Station about the case and handed him to the police. Then, the police came and captured the boy. They tied him with ropes and moved the boy to the local hospital. One day after the incident, his parents rushed to the hospital to see their son. Now, the boy is receiving medical treatment in the district hospital.

The Statements Of The Witnesses

An eye-witness reported that the teenager might be a PUBG addict. They said the way he threw stones was similar to players in this game. In the spawn island, PUBG players are also allowed to throw apples.

Another resident said this PUBG addict damaged some cars and houses before he was arrested by the police. However, as the residents gave no complaint, the police didn’t investigate further. The witnesses noticed that Mallikarjun Chandrakanth is possibly a PUBG addict.

Dr. Sharanappa Katti alerted his parents about his mental illness. It seems that the boy was addicted to the PUBG game and his parents stated that they would consult their private doctor to get advice.

As reported, this is the third incident related to the PUBG game occurring in this district. Four months ago, a young PUBG player swam in sewage water due to losing the PUBG game.
